mount everest

Everest has been around for 60million years. It is 8850m high and was found to be 6" higher in 1999. Mount Everest was named after a fellow of the name sir George Everest in 1869

There are still about 120 dead bodies on Everest at the moment

Everest is the highest mountain in the world and it is located in Asia in the country of Nepal. The best time to climb verst is in April, or may. Verst was first climbed in 1953

The temperature at Mount Everest can get up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and on a normal day it can be 15 degrees Fahrenheit.
